Come join us as we celebrate our diversity! We invite you to share holiday sweets that showcase your holiday traditions or culture at our December Roundtable meeting on December 20, 2023.
Whether it’s a special cookie, pudding, or candied treat, please bring enough to share and don’t forget to bring your leaders and any parents that want to come with you!
To help us learn more about your tradition or culture please provide a short description that includes:
The name of the sweet.
The holiday that you celebrate with this sweet.
We hope you will all join us as we appreciate and learn new traditions among our Scouting families.
The December Roundtable meeting will be IN PERSON ONLY, no Zoom. This meeting is a celebration and there will be no break-out sessions.

We are providing a flyer with important information regarding Catholic-Sponsored units.
NOTE: ALL CATHOLIC-SPONSORED UNITS LOCATED IN THE ARCHDIOCESE OF LOS ANGELES ARE REQUIRED TO USE THE RECHARTER FORMS THAT WERE APPROVED BY THE ARCHDIOCESE.
It is important to understand that the Archdiocese of Los Angeles continues to fully support Catholic Scouting and in fact, encourages all Pastors to welcome Catholic Scouting into their parishes. But it is also important to understand that the Archdiocese REQUIRES that all Catholic-sponsored Units use the Recharter form specifically designed for the Catholic Church.
The following is a summary of the rechartering information that was presented by Mrs. Maureen Brown, Chairperson of the Catholic Committee on Scouting for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Please read this carefully and be sure to comply with these instructions.
Below is the September 2023 Roundtable recording. It also includes most of the Scouts BSA breakout about detailed CamporeeĀ prep info.
Note: The recording started a few minutes after starting, so I apologize for that. This recording includes the Scouts BSA breakout, however it too missed the first few minutes of that (I had to set up the camera inside the huddle).
Listed below are all the flyers from this Roundtable:
