Our final main session covered the following safety related items and we are sharing them with you here so you can use as resources:
On Saturday May 27, 2023 at 7am there will be a flag placement event at the Los Angeles National Cemetery (850 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90049). We are asking for Eagle Scouts to stand guard at the gravestones of Medal of Honor recipients. Please see the flyer below for contact information to be included. Note: the event starts at 7am and is all the way in the West Los Angeles area (along the 405 freeway) so please plan for your commuting time on the day of the event.
On Wednesday, June 14, 2023 from 6pm to 9pm we will be holding our annual Roundtable Picnic at Palm Park’s Picnic Benches along El Rancho Dr, Whittier, CA 90606.
This is an outdoor picnic that replaces our usual indoor Roundtable meeting for the month of June.
We will be serving Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, and Dessert. We also will play Bingo!
Price is $5.00

Our 2023 Pio Pico District Cub Scout Adventure Day will be on Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 9:00am – 3:00pm at Palm Park, 5703 Palm Ave, Whittier, CA 90601.
Activities will include games, STEM activities, and advancement activities. Come and have fun!

The Pio Pico Cub Scout Day Camp will be June 19th to 23rd, 2023 from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm at Montebello City Park, 1301 W Whittier Blvd, Montebello, CA 90640.
Spend an amazing week outdoors while completing requirements and electives for your new rank.
Cost is $135.00 and that includes Camp T-shirt, Activity Belt Loops, pins and patches will be given out at the Friday Night Awards Campfire.
