Our 2023 Pio Pico District Merit Badge Day will be on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Palm Park, 5703 Palm Ave, Whittier, CA 90601.

The Pio Pico Cub Scout Day Camp will be June 19th to 23rd, 2023 from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm at Montebello City Park, 1301 W Whittier Blvd, Montebello, CA 90640.
Spend an amazing week outdoors while completing requirements and electives for your new rank.
Cost is $135.00 and that includes Camp T-shirt, Activity Belt Loops, pins and patches will be given out at the Friday Night Awards Campfire.

Activities include Daily Camp Swimming, Pushcart Derby, Rain Regatta, Caterpillar Foot Races, Camp Relay Races, and a Camp Cooking Day on Wednesday! (Tigers-Wolf: Box Oven; Bears: Foil Packs; Webelos / AOL: Dutch Oven)
Adventure Loops and Pins Earned at Day Camp include:
Tiger & Wolf also earn Outdoor Activity Patch, Bears also earn Whittling Patch, Webelos & AOL will earn Aquanaut Pin.

Come join the fun making a foil packet dinner at our upcoming April Roundtable on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 7pm at the First United Methodist Church of Whittier at 13222 Bailey St, Whittier, CA 90601. The door for the Social Hall is along Friends Ave. The cost for the foil packet dinners are $5 and you can send your payment as described in the flyer. We hope to see you there!

Update! The Dutch oven cooking class for Webelos, Scouts & Adults on Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 10am – 1pm has now MOVED to the Montebello Scout Hut, 890 Via San Clemente, Montebello, CA 90640 since the weather looks like it might rain. Cooking will be done under the covered patio.
